Mango Ice Cream

The heat of summer brings with it the desire to delve into melt-in-the-mouth ice creams or devour a juicy Alphonso mango. Would it not be just amazing, if we could blend the two and savour the delectable taste of the unique combo? You can now relish this refreshing, tasty, and healthy dessert, right at your home, through a simple recipe.  Follow the steps below, serve this delicacy to your guests or kids, and enjoy the delight in their eyes.

 

Ingredients

Alphonso mango - 2
Low fat cream - 2 to 2.25 cups
Vanilla powder - 1.5 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/3 to 1/2 cup
Wafer bowl - 1

 

Preparation

1. Chop the Alphonso mangoes
2. Mix mangoes, sugar, and vanilla powder
3. Whip the low-fat cream
4. Add the mixture to the cream
5. Mix well
6. Pour in a tray and cover it
7. Keep the tray in freezer until the mixture is half frozen
8. Whip the mixture again
9. Freeze it completely
10. Scoop the mango ice cream and place it in the wafer bowl
11. Garnish with mint leaves
