RajubhaiPadhiyar’s love for kachoris led him to open his own shop, Jain Vijay Farsan Mart, at Jamnagar, Gujarat,in 1979. A connoisseur of these delightful savouries, he soon had a faithful following for his brand of dry- and dry-fruit kachori, mariwalagathiya, methiwalagathiya, bhakarwadi, and other titbits. From humble beginnings, Padhiyar’s venture has risen to one of the most popular establishments in the city. This in itself is commendable as Gujarat is India’s crowned namkeen state with a discerning taste for sweets and snacks.
His once modest shop is now a swanky outletpopular among locals and sought by tourists. Patrons are known to swear by the superior quality and taste of all Jain Vijay Farsan Mart products. The entrepreneur insists on manual production and packaging of all delicacies and therein, perhaps, liesthe secret of his phenomenal success. Jai Patel, Padhiyar’s accountant, assists him in the management of the company that still deals with retail and wholesale on a personal level.
With an impressive daily production of 200 kg, Jain Vijay Farsan Mart continues to hold fans spellbound with its dry-fruit kachori, dry kachori, mariwalagathiya, methiwalagathiya, bhakarwadi, khakhra, and many oher goodies. The brand prides itself in giving its customers quality and joy in every bite.
The tussle between Rajasthan and Gujarat as to which state has the tastier kachori is legendary. One namkeen without a doubt is a speciality of Rajasthan and it is the dry-fruit kachori. This bite-sized crispy snack is made with choicest dry fruits and aromatic spices stuffed into balls of dough before deep-frying to a rich golden colour. Mildly spicy and sweet, dry-fruit kachoris a welcome treat at teatime or just about any time of the day. Order a pack of Jain Vijay Dry Fruit Kachori online and serve with either mint or tamarind chutney. You can also carry this dry kachori with you on journeys and picnics to munch when hunger strikes.
