      You can sign up on salebhai.com by clicking on Log In. You will be asked to enter your email address and other details. You can even create an account on the checkout page when placing your first order.

      When you sign up on salebhai.com using your email address, you get your very own ‘My Account’. It allows you to do the following:


    • Manage your Personal Information
    • View saved addresses in Address Diary
    • View all your orders from My Orders
    • Check your order status
    • Cancel an order
    • Track your shipments
    • Reorder items you’ve bought in the past with one click
    • Change password from Account Settings
    • View credited/debited money from salebhai.com in My Wallet
    • View your saved credit/debit cards
  • Is it necessary to have an account to shop on salebhai.com?

      Yes, it is necessary to have an account to shop on salebhai.com.

  • Can I have more than one account?

      Yes. Your account on salebhai.com is linked to your email address. So if you have two or more email addresses, you can have the corresponding number of accounts on salebhai.com.

  • Do I need to update my personal information in ‘My Account’?

      If you have changed your location after creating an account on salebhai.com, you must update the information in ‘My Account’. We also suggest you change your password periodically.

  • Can anyone else manage my account?

      One can manage your account only if they have your email address and password. However, they will not be able to make any transactions without your bank account or credit/debit card details.


      We suggest you manage your account on salebhai.com yourself.

  • What is My Wallet?

      My Wallet contains SaleBhai cashback for your purchases, refunds, and earnings from referral reward programmes.

  • How can I use My Wallet?

      Enter the amount you want to redeem in the specified field at the time of checkout. The amount you enter cannot exceed the total money in your wallet. The redeemed amount is automatically subtracted from your payable amount.

My Orders

  • How do I place an order on salebhai.com?

      Follow the listed steps to place an order on salebhai.com:


    • Browse through products, brands, and categories using the search option
    • Click on the specific search result to go to the product page
    • Check availability of our delivery services and click on ‘Add to cart’ to continue shopping or click on ‘Buy Now’ to go to cart
    • Add or remove products if necessary
    • Click on ‘Place Order’ button
    • Enter your email address and password if not logged in*
    • Select delivery address or create new address
    • Choose an online payment option and enter required details

    • *If you do not have a SaleBhai account at the time of placing your first order, you will be required to provide your email address before proceeding.

  • How do I find out if a product can be delivered to my location?

      Enter your area pincode on the product details page and check availability of our delivery services

  • How do I check the status of my order?

      Click on Track Order or go to 'My Accounts' and select 'My Orders'. Choose the particular Order ID to view its details and to check its status.

  • What do the different order statuses mean?
    • Placed: You have placed an order. You can cancel an order at this stage
    • Ready to ship: Seller has packed your order and is ready to ship it. You cannot cancel an order at this stage
    • Shipped: Our logistics partner has collected your shipment
    • Delivered: Your shipment has been delivered
    • Cancelled:Your order has been cancelled
  • How can I can be sure that the item/painting I ordered is genuine?

      SaleBhai assures you that all products are genuine and from reputed brands/artists.The invoice you receive with your product comes directly from the vendor/artist. If you wish, SaleBhai can also arrange a call with the vendor/artist so that you can clarify all your doubts.

  • How can I be sure my product will be packaged well?

      SaleBhai ensures that your products are packed with utmost care so that they reach you in perfect condition. We adhere to standard packaging norms that include the use of appropriate packaging materials and proper handling. In the unlikely scenario that a product reaches you in a damaged condition, you are eligible for a return/replacement. Please refer to our policies to know more.

  • How can I track my order?

      Click on Track Order or go to 'My Accounts' and selects 'My Orders'. Choose the particular Order ID to view its details and to track it.

  • How many products can I order at one time?

      You can order as many products as you wish at one time. However, each product – unless it is part of a combo offer – will be shipped to you separately and according to its delivery time frame.

  • Can I change the delivery address for my order?

      Yes, you can create a different delivery address when placing the order. If you have placed the order at a wrong address and received a confirmation, please call us on 079-30155405 or 079-40032516 or email cs@salebhai.com immediately.

  • Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

      No, you cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped. You can cancel the individual product item only before they are marked 'Ready to Ship'.

  • Can I get my order gift-wrapped?

      No, currently SaleBhai does not offer this facility. However, our products come in beautiful packaging that is sure to bring a smile on the recipient’s face.

  • Can I place a bulk order?

      No, you cannot place bulk orders. As of now, salebhai.com only caters to end customers. You can of course place multiple orders as in the case of corporate gifting.

  • Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

      No. You have to simply place another order.

  • Will ‘My account’ on salebhai.com account get deleted if I do not shop for six months or so?

      No, your SaleBhai account does not get deleted once created. You can come back to shop anytime.

Refund

  • When can I seek a refund?

      You can make a refund request if:


    • Wrong product is delivered to you
    • Product gets damaged during transit
    • Shelf life of product expires by delivery
    • Product quantity delivered differs from quantity ordered
    • Replacement product cannot be provided on request
    • Order is cancelled
  • How will I get my refund?

      Refund is automatically credited to your My Wallet. After a return/cancellation request is processed, it takes up to 2 business days for the refund to be credited. If there is any refund delay after you receive a confirmation email from us, you can get in touch with our customer support

  • How long does a refund take?

      In case of a returned order, refund takes place within 7 business days after the original product has been picked up from the delivery address. Pickup occurs within 48 hours from the day of making a return request.


      For a cancellation, your order amount is refunded after the cancellation request is processed. It will take us 24 hours to process a cancellation request and initiate a refund. We will keep you informed via email.


      If there is any refund delay after you receive a confirmation email from us, you can get in touch with our customer support.

  • What do I do if I do not receive my refund?

      After a return/cancellation request is processed, it takes up to 2 business days for the refund to be credited to your My Wallet. We will keep you posted via email. If there is any refund delay after you receive a confirmation email from us, you can get in touch with our customer support.   • How do I cancel an order?

      If you want to cancel your order, please complete the following steps:


    • Log in to your SaleBhai account
    • Click on My Account and choose My Orders from the drop-down menu
    • Select the order ID you want to cancel by clicking on View Details from a drop-down list. On the order details page, click on the corresponding Cancel button.
  • Can I cancel a part of my order?

      Yes, you can cancel a suborder. Just click on My Orders and then select the particular order from the Order Summary. Click on the corresponding Cancel button.

  • When can I cancel my order?

      You can cancel your order before it is marked ‘Ready to Ship’.

  • Why am I not allowed to cancel my order?

      You cannot cancel your order because it is ready to be shipped.

  • How long will it take for salebhai.com to process my cancellation request?
    • It will take us 24 hours to process your cancellation request and initiate a refund. We will inform you via email.
    • In case of any refund delay after we have processed your cancellation,please get in touch with our customer care support.
  • I cancelled my order. Can I undo the cancellation?

      No, you cannot undo a cancellation. You have to place an order again if you change your mind.

  • Can I return a delivered product?

      Yes. You can return a delivered product under the given circumstances:


    • Wrong product is delivered
    • Product gets damaged during transit
    • Shelf life of product expires by delivery
    • Product quantity delivered differs from quantity ordered

    • You cannot make a return request for your delivered product if:


    • Allotted time frame for requesting return elapses
    • Any product part goes missing after delivery
    • Defect/damage in product is covered under warranty of manufacturer
    • Product is damaged due to misuse
    • There is no photographic evidence of the damage or wrong delivery

    • Before returning a product, ensure that the product is unused and is in its original condition. Include invoice, tags, original packing, and freebies when returning the product.

  • If I receive a damaged product, what is the time period within which I can request a return?

      In case you receive a damaged or defective product, you have 24 hours from the time of delivery to request a return by calling customer support on +917930155405 or +919586526940 between 10am and 7pm or emailing cs@salebhai com. Please do send us photographic evidence of the same.

  • How do I cancel my return request?

      If you change your mind and want to cancel your return request, please call customer support on +917930155405 or +919586526940 between 10am and 7pm or email cs@salebhai com within 24 hours of cancellation. You will be informed via email that your return request has been cancelled.

  • When will I get the replacement for my returned product?

      Once your original product has been picked up by our delivery person, your replacement will be delivered to you within 7 business days.

      Pickup of your original product will take place within 48 hours from the day you make a return request.

  • Do I have to return the free gift if I am seeking replacement of a product?

      Yes, the free gift is a part of your product and will have to be returned. If the replacement product also carries a free gift, it will be delivered to you along with the replacement product.

  • Can I return a part of my order?

      Yes. If your order consists of more than one product, you can return the product/s that are covered under SaleBhai return policy. If you have ordered multiple quantities of the same product, you can return any number provide the product is covered under our SaleBhai return policy.
