Easy Candied Walnuts Recipe
You can never go wrong with sweetened crunchy nuts – have them as they are, add them to salads and trail mix, or even use as garnish for your sweet dishes. All it takes are two simple ingredients and five minutes of your time.
Walnut (halves/quarters) - 1 cup
Powdered sugar - ¼ cup
Butter (unsalted) - 1 tbsp
- Heat a non-stick pan to medium and add the walnuts, sugar, and butter
- Keep stirring frequently till the sugar melts and coats the nuts
- Transfer to a tray, separate them and let the sugar coating harden
- Enjoy as is or use in other recipes
