Aam Panna Recipe For Summer

Summer can never be complete without authentic aam panna sharbat. What better way to guarantee its real flavour than making this special delight at home? Loved by all ages, this exquisite drink will freshen your guests up in almost no time. Try this easy-to-make aam panna recipe at home today!

 

Ingredients: 

Raw mangoes (medium-sized) - 2
Black pepper - 4 to 5
Black salt - 2 teaspoon
Sugar - Double the amount of mango pulp

 

Preparation:

1. Clean the raw mangoes in normal water
2. Use a pressure cooker to steam the mangoes till they become soft and pulpy
3. Remove the peel
4. Mix the pulp with cardamom, salt, black pepper, and sugar
5. Blend the mixture thoroughly to make it soft and smooth
6. Store the mixture in an airtight container (shelf life of 6 months if refrigerated)
7. While serving, add 1 tablespoon of the mixture to a glass of chilled water
8. Add ice cubes and stir well. Your homemade aam panna is ready!
