STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
  • Store in an airtight container at a cool, dry place
  • Use a dry spoon

Serving Tips
  • Soak 100 g /1 cup of rajma (red kidney beans) & 2 tbsp chana dal (Bengal gram) overnight
  • Add 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste, 1 large & finely chopped tomato, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 4 to 5 crushed cloves, 1 green chilli & 2 tbsp of refined oil
  • Boil in a cooker for 30 to 40 minutes
  • Separately take a saucepan and add 3 to 4 tbsp of refined oil, 1 tbsp of ghee & 1 large, finely chopped onion
  • Sauté till it becomes red in colour
  • Add 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste
  • Mix well & add 2 medium-sized, red, finely chopped tomatoes
  • Saute till it leaves oil & add 2 ½ tbsp of The Spice Chef Rajma Masala
  • Mix well & saute for 1 to 2 minutes
  • Remove it from the gas & add this mixture to the boiled rajma
  • Mix well
  • Boil it again in the cooker till one whistle
  • Add salt & lemon juice according to your taste
  • Serve & garnish with seasoning of cumin, red chilli powder, 1 tbsp of ghee & coriander leaves
