Sev Sandwich

A regular sandwich becomes special when you sprinkle spicy and crispy  Prakash Namkeen Ujjaini Sev on it. Use it to garnish a grilled sandwich and your pleasure increases manyfold. Make sure you add sev just before serving to retain its crispness. 

Ingredients:-

  • Prakash Namkeen Ujjaini Sev – ½ cup
  • Bread slices – 4
  • Coriander-garlic chutney – ½ cup
  • Potatoes – 3
  • Butter – 100 g 

Preparation:-

  • Boil the potatoes and slice them
  • Take two bread slices and apply butter on one side of each
  • Apply coriander chutney over butter
  • Place sliced potato in between the slices and grill
  • Sprinkle Prakash Namkeen Ujjaini Sev over the grilled sandwich just before serving 

Crunchy Chuthey

A no-mess recipe, crunchy chutney tastes good with all snacks. Lasting up to four days, it can be made much ahead of any get-together. While Prakash Namkeen Ujjaini Sev gives it a flavourful crispness, fresh ingredients such as lemon, coriander, and green chillies add zest. 

Ingredients:-

  • Prakash Namkeen Ujjaini Sev – 1 cup
  • Garlic – 6-8 cloves
  • Coriander leaves – ½ cup 
  • Lemon juice – ½
  • Green chillies – 2
  • Salt as required

Preparation:-

  • Put all ingredients in a blender with water to make a paste
  • Mix in lemon juice and salt
  • Serve with any snack; can be refrigerated for 3-4 days
