Ice-Cream Biscuit

Make your own chocobar with a twist. For what you get is an irresistible dessert with the rich taste of Karachi Bakery Cashew Biscuit, chocolate, and ice cream – all rolled into one. While vanilla makes the perfect partner for chocolate, you can use any ice-cream flavor of your choice.   

Ingredients:-

  • Karachi Bakery Cashew Biscuits
  • Ice cream (vanilla or any other flavour) – 750 ml
  • Milk chocolate – 250 ml 

Preparation:-

  • Melt milk chocolate in a double boiler until smooth and running. Keep aside
  • Cut the ice cream in the size of a Karachi Bakery Cashew Biscuit
  • Put an ice-cream slice between two biscuits.
  • Immediately dip the ice-cream sandwich in the melted chocolate and place it on a butter paper
  • Refrigerate immediately
  • You can garnish the chilled dessert with chocolate sprinkles or shavings
