About Jabsons Foods, Bharuch
A Tradition Of Trust And Taste
Not content to rest on the laurels of his ancestors, Satyanarayan Agarwal of Bharuch, Gujarat launched Jabsons Foods in 1985. He comes from a long line of industrialists belonging to a 100-year old company Jabson Cotton Seeds Industries Private Limited (JCSIPL) – once known throughout the region of undivided Gujarat and Maharashtra as the ‘Cotton King of Vidarbha’. JCSIPL ginned and pressed cottonseed and manufactured groundnut oil since 1906.
But Agarwal felt the need of diversifying into a new branch – hygienic manufacturing and packaging of Bharuch’s famed groundnut. With 20 years in the industry, he used his vast knowledge and experience to procure quality groundnuts. It is because of his vision and foresight that Jabsons Foods is a fully modernised and thriving company today.
His son, Rahul Agarwal, infuses new ideas while heading the marketing division with the senior Agarwal still at the helm of the company. Jabsons Foods ensures all items are prepared with age-old recipes and methods without diluting the brand’s dedication towards taste, health, and modernisation. One of their processes includes manual sand-roasting of peanuts over charcoal, a traditional practice of Gujarat. Best quality nuts are toasted, rendering them with natural taste, smoky flavours, and an appealing golden tinge.
Under the umbrella of JCSIPL, Jabsons Foods is a thriving manufacturer of sweets and savouries that combines the knowledge and expertise of years in the industry to cater to modern preferences while keeping traditional flavours intact.
This HACCP-certified brand is known for its peanuts, chana, chikki, sattoo, khakhra, Bengali sweets, soan papdi, gajak, namkeen, and roasted goodies. Customers are sure to get the best with a taste of homemade goodness.
