This was the year Niketa Patel, the talented culinary artist, established Hoglatto at her modest residential kitchen in Ahmedabad where she mastered old-world chocolate making techniques. What started as a hobby soon became a passion and gave rise to a well-established business that even today continues to offer best-quality chocolates, handcrafted with precision and fine ingredients.
Hoglatto’s exquisite line of handmade chocolate products includes many flavours and continues to evolve. With an innovative approach, Niketa passionately discovers new flavours and chocolaty combinations that when put together with her culinary knowledge produce magic. The soft-centred Hoglatto truffles and pralines leave a lasting impression while the chocolate coated cookies and nutty fudge are an absolute crowd-pleaser, especially loved by children. Hoglatto’s wide range that also includes delicious sugar-free chocolates has something for everyone. Today the company has an average production capacity of 40 kg a day and is growing every day.
