About Almond House - Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

Hyderabad’s Favourite Confectionery

When you hear the word dry fruit, what is the first thought that comes to your mind? Well, whatever it is, all of that is going to change after relishing the mouth-watering, irresistible dry-fruit treats from Almond House. Each item is pure bliss in taste as well as freshness. Founded by Hyderabad-based entrepreneur Chaitanya Muppala in 1989, this venture was the outcome of an impulsive idea combined with nine months of intense research. Focussing entirely on customers’ emphasis over purity, taste, hygiene, and health, the brand has adopted the tagline - “ Purity in good taste, purity in good will”

Using the simplest of recipes, and avoiding addition of artificial colours, flavours, or excess sugar, they have successfully maintained a leading position in setting up new trends in the food industry. Some of their novel inventions include using centrifugal force to expel extra oil from savouries and gift-worthy packaging. Each of the products is manufactured within the confines of their in-house kitchen while using fresh, select raw materials. Honoured with the Times Food Guide Award for the Best Sweet Shop in 2009 and 2010, Almond House is, without doubt, one of Hyderabad’s favourite confectioneries.
